layouts for scrapsketch are up!

And here they are:

sketch #113

{Story}: Since the journaling is so minimal, I'll give you a little story behind this layout. My roomies and I made a vow that we would do some dinner nights every once in awhile. Our first one was a Thai Themed dinner. I made this scrumptious Thai style chicken and we cheated with the spring rolls. Oh well! Paired with some delicious Jasmine Rice and an amazing table presentation by one of the roomies... it was a FAB dinner!!! Had to do a layout with these fun bright colors and Fancy Pants paper because it was just that kind of evening!

Patterned Paper, ric rac and rub-ons - Fancy Pants
Flowers - Kaisercraft
Flower bling - Heidi Swapp
Small black letter stickers - Making Memories
Black letter stickers - Doodlebug
Green tag - Creative Cafe
Clear "bubble" stickers - Cloud 9 Design
Stitching floss..

{Story}: I've been doing a lot of ME layouts and it's because I want to leave some kind of memory behind. I also love this type of journaling. I've never been one to keep a traditional journal for very long. I lose interest... forget, etc. However, journaling with a layout and being able to be creative is extremely therapeutic for me! So you'll be getting to know me very well if you visit here often enough. :)

Paper and ribbon - Fancy Pants
Chipboard elements - Cosmo Cricket
Stickers - 7 Gypsies
Flower - Prima
Buttons, staples, metal embellishment - all from stash

I'm putting together another RAK. So come back soon. To give you a little headstart, you'll have to link me to a project you did that involves YOU. A journaling layout perhaps? Your own mug on a canvas? The possibilities are endless. The RAK will be posted on Friday as will the instructions on how you can win!
