A Day in Your Life

The new challenge is up at AAM and the prompt is "A Day in Your Life".  Take a camera with you all day and document where you go, what you do, where you work, etc.  I began to think about doing this a few weeks ago when we first got the challenge but I kept forgetting to bring my camera.  Then, I had these other layouts and projects that needed to be done but I kept running out of time.  I noticed that each morning I was running late and all of the sudden the light bulb came on!

When it comes to my daily life - I am always LATE!

{Story}  I decided to take a different approach with this challenge. So instead of documenting what I do during the day, I recorded a trend of mind that happens on typical day in my life.  Ha!  I don't know if living in a third world country had anything to do with how I operate today but I would say about 90% of the time I'm always running late.  I always show up places about 5 - 10 minutes late and when I'm early it's a celebration.  I don't know if others notice it as much as I do.  They probably do and just don't say anything.  Hehe...
{Materials}
PP - used up the rest of my We R Memory Keepers whitewash papers
Black ball trim - Fancy Pants
Bling - Kaiser
Chipboard letters - American Crafts
Die cuts made with Silhouette SD
Other tools - Threading Water punch by Fiskars

I took my black Zig marker and drew black dots on the chipboard letters.  Here's a closer look:

Come on over to AAM and play along!  I think you'll enjoy this one. :)
hugs,
Melissa

I love this layout!! Growing up in a theatre family the rule was: If you are early, you are on time. If you are on time, you are late. But if you are late, you'd better be in the hospital.

I hate being late but time dominates my life in other ways!
