NSD stuff and a WINNER (finally)

Yoohoo!!!

Anybody else have an NSD hangover?  My goodness what a fun weekend and I'm still scrappin'!!  Nothing like a great "holiday" to get your mojo going.  I've got some challenges and sketches printed out from other sites in a pile.  Even though I won't be eligible for prizes, I was so excited about them that I'll use them anyway.  Sure, prizes are nice but I just really like to SCRAP!

I spent a lot of time online but did manage to get a couple things done.  Want to see?

Supplies:  Cardstock: Bazzill Basics Paper, Paper: October Afternoon, Button: Nikki Sivils Scrapbooker, sticker: SRM Stickers, ribbon: Martha Stewart Crafts, ink: Ranger Industries, other: book pages, tool: sewing machine

I made this card based off a sketch challenge at ScrapStreet given by the uber-talented Janneke Smit.  You can find it here if you'd like to try it out.  Can you tell I'm loving the "quilt" look??  Such a fabulous way to use up scraps!!!

SuppliesCardstock, brads: American Crafts, Paper: Nikki Sivils Scrapbooker, flowers: Kaisercraft and Hero Arts, paint: Making Memories, other: pen: Zig Memory System, magazine strip, tool: Silhouette SD, sewing machine

This layout was for two at ScrapStreet (use brads and an Ad) and at Two Peas (no photo).
The scalloped background is a shaped paper from Nikki Sivils Scrapbooker.  I got the idea to fold it up from a blog post by Linda Beeson.  Brilliant!!!

Okay.. and now the long awaited winner from the AAM Blog Hop.  I'm so sorry it's taken so long!!  Eeek!!
Now taking into consideration I asked you to tell me how you show compassion, out of the 30 some comments only 17 were eligible.  *drumroll please*

The winner is..... PAMMI!!  Congrats Pammi!!  I'll be sending you a message asking for your mailing info so I can send off the card kit to you.

Make sure you check out All About Me this coming Wednesday.  We have a very fun challenge coming at you!!  It's one of those "hmmm.. oooooh... aaaaaaaaaah" type challenges.  ;)

hugs,
