The Weekend + babies + giveaways!

Hello weekend!

So happy when Saturday morning rolls around.  There is nothing like waking up and realizing you don't have to jump out of bed to get ready for work.  I love doing my lazy stretch and planning out my day.  Today I will be heading out after some breakfast to do some shopping.  I was all ready to mail out prizes from last months bash at AAM and realized I needed more large envelopes.  Eek!  So stocking up again on those.  Then I plan to come home and scrap a bit.  Church tonight.  I love that my church has a Saturday night service!  Tomorrow will be another lazy, do nothing type of day!

Do you see that button to the right that says Team Ewan?  I encourage you to visit it if you haven't yet.  My good friend Kirsten is the author of that blog.  She is currently in labor and we are so excited and anxious to meet baby Ewan!  Ewan has a heart condition called Tetralogy of Fallot.  Do check out the blog to see the back-story and learn more about the Petermann clan.  I love them so much!  It's so weird to have this mix of emotion as a baby comes into the world.  So, so, so happy he is arriving and we all get to meet him but also anxious about what is to come.  How will he do in his multiple surgeries?  And praying lots of hugs around Kirsten and James as they begin to make Children's Hospital of Seattle their new home for awhile.

Oh and how excited was I to see this layout:

part of the Friday Faves over on the Lily Bee blog!!!  Wow!!  Thank you so much Kristen!  Seriously love these papers.  They are so easy to get creative with and I'm SCOURING the net for all the new lines.  Yay!

Hey do you remember this?

The fabulously, scrumptious Enlightenment kit from SFTIO???  Well you have a chance to win it!  How you ask?  By joining our Facebook fan page!!  At 500 fans Rachel is going to give away one of these lovelies to one lucky fan!  Yay!!!!

Hope your weekend is a great one whatever you are doing!

hugs,
Melissa

The church we used to attend had a Saturday service and that was very nice. We are back to Sunday mornings and there is something really nice about that too. Cute layout and yeah on a new little person.
