A little Bella

The end of the month is already upon us which means a new issue of ScrapStreet is right around the corner!  Woohoo!  I love this time of the month as the anticipation begins for the new projects and articles to be showcased.  I always get cozied up with my coffee and some music in the background as I read and browse.  So much inspiration in a FREE publication! Can you believe it??  I love it that we're free.  Why charge right??

The current November mag will be accessible for a year even after December comes out but I wanted to share one of my layouts.  You know... get you a little motivated to go check out the whole issue if you haven't already.  We were very excited to feature Bella Blvd this month.  Several designers got a very generous package from Stephanie and I got to play with Socialite.  Love, love, love the combo of colors and patterns in this line.

Supplies: Paper, Die Cuts, Alphabet Stickers, Stickers: Bella Blvd, Cardstock: Bazzill Basics Paper, Bling: Kaisercraft, Brads: American Crafts, Glitter Glue: Stickles (Ranger Industries), Glaze: Glossy Accents (Ranger Industries), Pen: Zig Memory Systems (Kuratake).

Even though this is a "New Years" line you can still use it for non-New Year projects.  I've got two more on the article that are other occasion items. So head on over and take a looky loo!  And while you are at it, you've still got a couple of days to check out our calls for February.  Submissions are due by midnight on the 30th!

hugs,
Melissa

P.S.  Anybody else dreading going back to work or school tomorrow?  I could really get use to these long weekends.  So nice! The alarm tomorrow morning is going to be a rude awakening.

P.P.S.  Have you been thinking about trying out a kit at SFTIO but just haven't gotten around to it?  NOW is a great time to do it!  There is a fabulous Cyber Sale going on until tomorrow.  GO CHECK IT OUT!  The kits are so wonderful and will help you dig deeper into your inner world.
