It's CHA!!!

And boy do I wish I was in L.A. right now!  But that's okay.  I'm definitely looking forward to CHA Summer.  I know that even though it would be fabulous to see all the new goodies in person, nothing beats doing that with my ScrapStreet girls.

What are some of your favorite releases??  I am totally in love with all of Crate Paper's releases especially the Portrait Collection!  And I love all of Webster's Pages new stuff but Trendsetter had my heart doing an extra pitter pat.  And I am over the moon excited for all of Lily Bee Designs' new stuff!  Yay!  After getting to play with the new Max & Mollie line from Nikki Sivils, I need more and I am totally digging the Sophisticates line by Bella Blvd.

All I can say it's a good thing I cleaned and purged my stash yesterday. :)  I have so much stuff that has been given to me or were part of prize packs and such; things that I thought I loved but now they just don't make me inspired anymore.  Regardless of when they were manufactured - they are all being donated to Seattle Children's.  I'm excited to bless some mama's (and maybe even papa's) who need some supplies for some creative therapy.

I also don't want to forget to remind you that there are only three more days (including this one) to send in submissions for the April issue of ScrapStreet!  You can find the calls here.  Here is one of my projects for the current Showroom article.  We are featuring the gorgeous stamps from Unity Stamp Company!

Top Secret Journal by Melissa Elsner
Supplies: Paper, Die Cut, Chipboard Book: My Mind’s Eye, Ribbon: My Mind’s Eye, Pink Paislee, Brad: Pink Paislee, Adhesive: Helmar. Tools: Stamps: Unity Stamp Company.
Design Notes: I was inspired by the lady stamp from Unity to finally create an art journal for myself. The stamps are so versatile and go with many of my papers in my stash.
