My love hate relationship...

with daylight savings time.

I love the extra daylight.  It is definitely my favorite of the two daylights savings days.  This is the beginning of later days and earlier mornings.  Which I love.  I have to get up early for work and there is nothing like sunshine to greet me.  Totally helps this non-morning person wake up!

What I hate?  How quickly Sunday flies by!!!  I slept in until 9 today, which would normally be 8.  It's amazing how losing just one hour can totally wreck a tiny bit of havoc on your day.  I had glorious plans to finish up some projects but each time I look at the clock it's later and later!  So far just one project done.  Ugh. But... good news is the day isn't over yet!

Here are a couple of cards I created yesterday.  Loving digging through my Lily Bee stash.

Supplies: Paper: Lily Bee Design, Cardstock: Bazzill Basics Paper, Pearl: K&Company, Sticker: SRM Press, Ribbon: Offray, Other: Metal accent, Tools: Border Punch: Fiskars, Embossing machine: Cuttlebug (Provocraft)

Check out that bow!!  I never tie bows like that. Pretty exciting when the loops go the right direction.  Don't ask me what I did because I really have no idea.

Here is the second one:

Supplies: Paper: Lily Bee Design, Cardstock: (kraft) Bazzill Basics Paper, (white) The Paper Company, Sticker: SRM Press, Ribbon: American Crafts,  Pen: Uniball Signo, Tools: Electronic Cutter: Silhouette SD (for the scallop circle)

Well I better get off here and start working on the next project!

Hugs,
Melissa

WHAT?! You can't teach me how to tie this bow?! I cannot for the life of me tie those big, juicy bows I see in magazines. Mine are wonky and skinny. As soon as you figure out what you did to create this gorgeous one, you gotta let me in on the secret!
