Some oldies

I was cleaning out my picture folders and backing up some things last night when I found some old photos.  They were cards I made a couple of years ago and forgot about.  Not sure if I ever shared them.  I'm sure I did but wanted to share again.  Just goes to show that "old papers" still look great!  You'll notice I've gotten a bit better at taking photos of my projects too.

Pretty sure that is some old October Afternoon goodies.  And I vaguely remember that this was my first time playing with Core'dinations cardstock and loving it!

One thing I noticed while going back through my photos is that my overall style hasn't changed.  While design techniques have been refined, my overall approach to what I'm attracted to and want to create hasn't changed.  It's reassuring in some ways because I always want to be my true self through what I make.  I don't want to try too hard and while I do want to try new things, I never want to detract too far from who I am.

Here are a couple more I found...

More OA and not sure where the black floral came from.  It might be some old Autumn Leaves! Still looks timeless to me. :)

Now I think I might go "lift" one of my own cards!  Hope you are having a good start to your weekend.  I was hoping for some happy mail from the mail lady today.  I know there is a box on the way but it did not come.  Now I have to wait until Monday. BOO! Maybe it's a blessing in disguise so I'm not distracted from things I need to work on this weekend.

But still!
