Tada! Some news!

Last month's issue of ScrapStreet had us featuring the wonderful product from TaDa Creative Studios. We all had fun with the sweet paper lines and fun lazer cut cardstock.  Here are my projects created for the article:

Supplies: Paper, Die Cut: TaDa Creative Studios, Cardstock: TaDa Creative Studios, Core’dinations, Alphabet: Pink Paislee, Alphabet Stickers: Cosmo Cricket, Buttons: Nikki Sivils Scrapbooker.

The laser cut cardstock adds a fun touch to the background of a layout and also adding the theme I wanted to portray perfectly.

Supplies: Paper, Journal Spot: TaDa Creative Studios, Cardstock: The Paper Company, Stickers: SRM Press, Other: buttons. Tools: Punches: EK Success, Fiskars.

One of my favorite challenges to take on is using themed paper for a different purpose. The circus themed paper worked perfectly for a boy birthday card.

Supplies: Paper, Cardstock: TaDa Creative Studios, Bling: Kaisercraft, Sticker: SRM Press, Glitter Glue: Ranger Industries, Other: ribbon. Tools: Electronic Cutter: Silhouette America.

One of the many reasons that I love my Silhouette are the fun boxes you can cut out like the one above.  You can fit a lot of Hershey's Kisses in that box!!!

And some news!!! Eeeeee so giddy excited!  I will have a card in the upcoming Paper Crafts Go To Sketches special edition!  Can't even believe it.  I needed to have some good news.  I'm wondering if March and April are my happy months.  It was this time last year I had my first pub with P.C. and then joined the ScrapStreet team.  I wouldn't mind more good news in the coming weeks. :)

Off I go to finish up some deadline stuff and hopefully squeeze in my mandatory fun projects in between!

What are your weekend plans?
