Card and a Sneak Peek

Good Afternoon!

You can't tell but I am a sicky girl right now. Came home early from work yesterday and again today. This time I had a low grade fever. Awesome. I decided I'll just stay home tomorrow and hope to sleep this crud away. In the meantime, nobody said I couldn't sit in my bed with my laptop. Right?

It's One Page sketch week at Sketch Support. This was the first time I looked at the layout sketch and saw a card. And with the Add On sketch from last week, it seemed to be the perfect pair.  Here is my card:

Supplies - Paper: Pink Paislee; Cardstock: Bazzill Basics Paper; Stickers: SRM Press;Ball Trim: American Crafts; Bling: Kaisercraft; Circle Punches: EK Success; Pen:Uniball Signo; Stamp Ink: Versafine; Other: woodgrain stamp

I used the base of the one page sketch for the card design. I thought the tree would be the perfect touch with the happy little butterfly.  Would you believe I had the exact amount of that ball trim to go along that edge? Yay!

Again... you don't know this but I just sat back in a daze for about 30 minutes. I think it's time to wrap up this post. LOL!  Would you like to see a sneak peek of the June kit from SFTIO??  It's a beauty (as usual) with lots of awesome product.

Alright. I'm off to take another nap!

That card has now got 'Oh Happy Day' singing in my head. That kit does indeed look fantastic - I think I'll have to counterfeit it from my own stash though - I've just bought a load.
Take care of yourself and make sure you get plenty of rest if you're not well. Hope you get better soon.

Love your card! Pom Pom trim just makes me happy, and I adore that tree! Great colors and papers. Love the kraft base and the faux stitching. This is totally adorable, girl!
