I like berries!

Last month in ScrapStreet we featured the super cute Berrylicious line from Imaginisce. Let me tell ya... this collection is so adorable! It had me ready for summer.  In fact, it made my desire for warmer weather so much worse and I remember when I was creating with these papers we were being forecasted for snow. How depressing, right? It's a bucket of mixed emotions as I relish in some bright, cheerful papers but then look out my window at a cold, dreary day.  Thankfully, I think those days are slowly gone. The sun is coming out a wee bit more and the temps are slowly rising. Slowly. Very slowly.

Supplies: Paper, Die Cuts, Journal Spot: Imaginisce, Cardstock: Core’dinations, Recollections, Stickers: Imaginisce, Jenni Bowlin, Flower: Prima Marketing, Glitter glue: Ranger Industries, Paint: Apple Barrel. Tool: Electronic Cutter: Silhouette SD.
Design Notes: It was easy to come with a title for this layout thanks to the die cuts from the Berrylicious line. I added some Stickles to the canvas strawberry and lemon to give a little added shimmer.
Journaling: I love how a simple hobby can bring together people! Since last year I am so thankful for new friends who are just as crazy as me!

Supplies: Paper, Die Cuts, Stickers: Imaginisce, Cardstock: Recollections, Alphabet: American Crafts, Alphabet Stickers: Jenni Bowlin, Flowers: Kaisercraft, Recollections, Bling: Prima Marketing, Ink: Versafine (Tsukineko), Paint: Apple Barrel. Tools: Stamp: Imaginisce.
Design Notes: I had my layout completely finished but it was missing something. I used the bee stamp and it brought the design all together. Also, instead of using typical matting for your photos, use a thin brush of paint around the edges.

I've gotten a little crazy with my Silhouette lately. And I just got my order of more cutting mats. My poor machine. But it needs to stop being so amazing if it wants me to let up any time soon! All of my layouts for SFTIO have something from the Sil on it so I'll make sure to chat those little shapes up.

Hope you are having a wonderful day! The sun is peeking out here and I'm wearing sandals! Whaaaat?

Please tell me you weren't really up at 6:12 am blogging? (=

Is that bubble wrap painting? I just brought that back as well on one of my recent layouts! Well, recent is relative, but you know what I mean.

Love to ya.
