CHA Day 2

CHA week always flies by. After walking the floor, dinner and late night cocktails I end up sitting in my bed until midnight editing and resizing the photos. Yikes! But here we are. CHA is over and I'm always so sad when it is. Not only is seeing all the new product a TON of fun but it has also been a blast seeing the friends I only get to see once a year. And they are friends who "get it". I know if you read my blog, you are a paper crafter and understand what "get it" means!

Alright... enough babble again. Here are some more photos of all the fun this week included:

How adorable is this Christmas line from Bella Blvd? I absolutely adore the little penguins and mix of patterns. Bella always knocks it out of the park with color combos and pattern mixes.

I thought those chipboard numbers were CUTE. And you can get a little glimpse of the chipboard and stickers that go with this collection.

Finally Fall was pretty much gorgeous too. Had to take a photo of this layout my friend Janis created. She pretty much rocks Bella!

I was always intrigued by the Sophisticates collection by Bella. Photos just don't do it justice! These papers go with every single collection and they add the perfect calmness. The patterns are subtle and, definitely, sophisticated!

While roaming the floor I ran into fellow Sketch Support team member Jennifer Larson.

And the fabulous Susan Opel... my Lutheran friend for life! Of course, I'm always UBER thankful for emails from her too. ;)

I got to swing by the Amy Tangerine portion of the American Crafts booth. Oh man. I LOVE HER STUFF! Would you look at those Thickers??? Delish!

And the papers. LOVE! There are also bits and other embellies that I can't seem to find the photos of. I did so much editing last night my eyes went crossed. If I find them I'll put them in another post.

More American Crafts...

And these Thickers called Wonder were awesome. LOVED the size and font of them.

I also really liked the color combo and those cute little banners.

Always a fan of Details too. American Crafts puts together the perfect embellishments with their collections. I love it!

OH MY GOSH. You guys!!!! The rumors are TRUE! Silhouette America has revealed the Silhouette Cameo which is a 13" cutting system that will cut a true 12" width paper. I almost cried when I saw this. The rep at the booth was enjoying every minute of my crazy reaction. I'm getting one. No questions.

And the OTHER rumor which is actually fact... is they are coming out with a new blade that will cut even thicker material. Probably not the thick chipboard but definitely thin cardboard. Freaking exciting! Love that my Silhouette just keeps getting better and better.

Love me some Teresa Collins blingage.

And I was finally able to meet the sweet Jennafer Martin. She is such a huge advocate and supporter for Scrapbooking from the Inside Out and has encouraged me, probably more than she realizes, in my scrapbooking! I love meeting genuinely motivating people in this industry and Jennafer is definitely one of them.

And we'll end this post with some GORGEOUS Webster's. I'm drooling here folks. Drooling.

And that wraps up todays CHA post. I've got so many more photos to share too but it's going to have to wait until I get home. Got to hop on the plane tomorrow and I am sad. I love this industry - craziness, drama and all. But what sticks out to me the most are the relationships I have made and some that I know will last a very long time. I love that there are group of us out there that are not about status but about the foundation of this hobby and industry. We love to design and document our journey through life by scrapbooking. Pretty awesome stuff!

DON'T FORGET... We at Inspired Stamps are having a giveaway. The last day is FRIDAY the 22nd! To be eligible just leave a comment on this post.

Alright... until next time!

hugs,
Melissa
