Christmas in April?

Sure, why not?

So I'm a doofus. I created several cards to submit for the latest call from Paper Crafts and totally spaced on sending them in. Brilliant. I swear the hours in a day speed up faster than other hours. I'm going to time it one of these days just to prove it.

I'm still going to save a couple of the cards for a later call but I thought I'd share two of them. One I didn't care for much in the first place but it seems the ones I don't like as much are the ones that are featured or pubbed. Weird isn't it?

Here is the first one:

Supplies: Cardstock: Bazzill Basics Paper, Border Stickers: Crate Paper, Sentiment Sticker: SRM Press, Stamps: Fiskars, Bling: Kaisercraft, Stamp Ink: SEI

This is the one I'm having a hard time with. It's growing on me, though. The snowflakes are from a Fiskars stamp set. I used some chalk ink and then blinged up the solid snowflakes.

Here is the second one:

Supplies: Paper, Border and Journal Spot Sticker: Crate Paper, Cardstock: Bazzill Basics Paper, Sentiment Sticker: SRM Press, Border Punch: Fiskars, Other: Jute, Button

Super simple. Just a few layers and stickers. The jute helps add some texture and interest while also balancing the design.

So there you go. Seriously bummed I missed the deadline. Where was my head?

Hope you are having a great week. Thanks for swinging by! :)
