Come join us on the forum! Challenges have started and there is more to come. It's not too late. :)
In the midst of organizing the crop and such, I got some cards created for the Paper Crafts Gallery Idol. I love the motivation these fun contests give me to create. I'm always challenged in my execution and composition. As competitive as I may be, I do love that I push myself creatively. I really like the cards I made!
Here is one of them showcasing Amy Tangerine's new Sketchbook collection by American Crafts. The doodling and bold colors are normally a challenge for me but with a calm pattern mixed in, I really enjoy this collection.
Love the mistable canvas pieces from Prima. The canvas and the papers are leftovers from the May kit DELIGHT at Scrapbooking from the Inside Out. Not only do I love being able to scrap the way I do but to think there is so much product in these kits, I can make a bunch of cards as well.
Remember those cool metal framed vellum tags? Weren't they super popular back in the day? I've had mine forever and I've tried to throw them out but just couldn't. Because of this card, I'm glad I didn't! Love the look with the SRM sticker. It just melts into the vellum. I used some bakers twine to add some more soft, texture.
Thanks for swinging by today! Hope you are finding time to create!
