Over at Paper Issues, we are starting a new sketch reveal! The fabulous Jen Chapin has created a super fun sketch and I got to play along. There are actually two sketches this time... a layout and a card. Of course, I had to try both. :)
First up is the layout sketch:
And here is my layout:
I love tweaking a sketch to fit what my style and what I'm recording. The photo I was using was small and I wanted to use the lines on that background paper. I went big with the title because I really wanted to use the wood veneer titles. Love!
Supplies: Patterned Paper: BasicGrey, Wood Veneer: Heidi Swapp and Freckled Fawn, Acrylic shapes: Studio Calico, Enamel Dots: Gossamer Blue,Acrylic arrow: WRMK, Small Alpha: American Crafts, Large bling circles: Jillibean Soup
Next up is the card sketch:
And here is my card:
This one I stayed pretty true to the sketch.
Supplies: Bazzill, Paper: Crate Paper (Open Book Collection), Enamel dots: Gossamer Blue, wood veneer: Studio Calico, Stamp: Fiskars, Doily: Doodlebug Design
