May All Your Dreams Come True

Hello!

I got to create over the weekend and made some cards! Yay!

I'll be sharing them on the blog this week and here is the first one. I used a cut file from the Just Nick shop, of course! It's the Dreamcatcher. Lovely, isn't it?

The word 'dreams' I cut with my Cameo using a font I found on dafont.com called Bringshoot.

To create the feathers, I traced a couple of wood veneer feathers I had in my stash. The papers are from the Bella Rouge collection by Pink Paislee. I still adore that collection!

I originally wanted to use black alpha all the way with the title but, just didn't have enough black small letters. Bummer. So, I settled for the yellow. In person, they actually pop out more than this photo shows them.

I hand cut those hearts from one of the sheets of 6x6 paper. I love creating little embellishments and ephemera from the paper. So fun! And I feel so artsy!

Well, there is card number one! I'm officially on the dreamcatcher trend bandwagon... and I like it.
